Many years ago I would wonder why so many things were stressful, and would wonder why I could not find anyone to help me navigate it all. I saw many Doctors, Counselors, Holistic Practitioners, Spiritual Leaders, as well as Friends and Family, but no one could help me understand why things were happening. I thought to myself “What did I do wrong, I always try to do the right thing, and why is this shit always happening to me?” The answers came from a long journey of me figuring out how to live energetically.

I have been in this field for over 2 decades, helping others make major shifts in their life that leads to a more successful, happy energy around them. Most people say that they love the clarity that comes with working with me. Sometimes it is hard to see what is going on when you are in the middle of it.
That is why Energy Living is so much fun. You start to see patterns and trends in your life.
You realize that some of this sh*t is from past lives or your family, so you can let it Go!
The thing that I love about the work that I do is that not only do I see the energy holding others back but I have gifts from Divine that allow me to facilitate energy healing, have visions and guide and teach you how to make these changes for yourself.
I love to learn and everyday through synchronicities I am given messages, insights and knowledge to share with my clients, friends and family.
I live my life exactly how I would teach or help you to live.
I can never go back to the way it was before when I felt lost and confused and it is my mission in life to help as many others as I can.
